superb location friendly staff efficient air conditioning
The location was superb close to major attractions. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning in my room worked efficiently I was grateful. Breakfast offered tasty options each morning.
I noticed thin walls within the hotel which meant I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.

cute staff comfortable stay central location
the staff was always cute and ready to help, i appreciated that! i had a comfortable stay in my room. the central location made exploring the city super easy for me.
The walls seemed thin, i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. It was not ideal, but manageable.

great location comfortable bed fine rooftop average breakfast limited information busy staff
the location was great. it was right next to basilica santa maria. the rooftop was nice (i enjoyed the views). the bed was comfortable. i slept well .
the reception staff could have provided more information. i wished they had shared maps and recommendations. the breakfast was average. the bar staff seemed busy and did not actively promote drinks to residents.

excellent stay downtown
perfect location free luggage
the location was perfect, very close to attractions. i could store luggage for free before check-in and after check-out. the sunny roof terrace was great for meals. fresh towels were offered after the beach.
the wall insulation was thin. i heard noise from building works next door. at night, i also heard snoring in a nearby room.

great stay in a well-located hotel
central location beach umbrellas luggage storage rooftop terrace
the hotel offered a fantastic location very close to the basilica. attractions, restaurants, and the beach were easily accessible by foot. i appreciated the availability of beach umbrellas for free use. the option to store luggage before check-in and after check-out was a major convenience. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views (it was a real treat!).
the noise from surrounding rooms was easily audible.
